Hi, I'm Rosemarie
For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, culture and emotional sustainability—helping people and teams move through complexity with more clarity, purpose, and belonging. I create spaces where people can show up fully, engage honestly, strengthen trust, and do the real work of change—together.
Living with chronic illness has been one of my most challenging—and most powerful—teachers. It keeps teaching me to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to honor the full, complicated truth of being human. Delayed diagnoses, gaslighting—from the medical system, loved ones, and even myself—grief, shame, and isolation, all left a deep imprint on my story. So did joy, growth, and the continual process of learning how to live a life well-loved in the midst of what remains.
That hard-earned and forced resilience informs everything we do here.
a life well-loved is more than a collection of courses and tools. It’s a living, breathing community of creators each with their own story, each with a deep understanding of what it means to navigate systems not built for us. Together we’re forging something different: a space grounded in curiosity and a shared practice in returning to ourselves—honestly, imperfectly.
I hope in our offerings you can settle into your wholeness, learn what supports you, and feel less alone in the process.
I’m so glad you’re here.
