Elizabeth K'Mali

Elizabeth is a trauma-informed behavior specialist trained as a play therapist who focuses on life transitions. She uses her background in behavior psychology, recreation therapy, counseling, and applied behavior analysis to guide people through life transitions and previously taboo emotions. She has worked and implemented programs in the mental health field since 2013, primarily in the prison systems and addiction rehabilitation centers. She believes in the power of psychotherapy and is trained to aid and assist people through major life transitions within relationships, illness, grief, and death.

Using her personal experiences as a first-generation Indian American and life as a disabled parent/loss mama to lead others through different paths of healing. She believes in the power of parts work, outdoor therapy, and mindful movement to find true holistic healing. She specializes in helping people find individualized treatments that work best for their path to healing.
