Learn ways to acknowledge and befriend your sorrow… making room for growth and transformation. Uncover new depths within yourself and find a greater sense of wholeness, one day at a time.
Listen like a podcast or immerse yourself with calming nature imagery & subtitles.
Learn core skills that allow you to sit with the discomfort over time and build a toolkit for ongoing support.
Therapist-led meditations and prompts to help you navigate grief with space for both sorrow and joy.
Come as you are. Pay what you can.
Tools to enhance your well-being should be accessible—not gatekept or tied to paperwork. That’s why we use community-supported pricing.
No applications. No explanations. Just mutual trust and shared care.
We know life—and money—aren’t linear. Stability can shift. Circumstances can change. So instead of asking you to prove anything, we invite you to choose the rate that fits your life right now.
You’re investing in your own growth and helping someone else access it too. You might have expendable income, steady employment, or financial security.
You’re covering your needs but might feel a stretch to give more.
You’re choosing reduced pricing to ease financial strain. This might be for folks facing challenges with housing, healthcare, debt, or income instability.
This isn’t about earning your worth. It’s about honoring your truth — and being part of something that trusts you back.
